Customer service is poor. You are discouraged from speaking to them on the phone once an order has shipped, and forced to go through email and the response rate is slow, if not at all.
Considering the money spent on wheels, one would think that you would take care of the customer to the delivery, but clearly once the payment is processed you do not care.
