I was sent the wrong juice by mistake, and when I contacted customer service and sent them a picture, they sent out the correct replacement and I got it 5 days after the first delivery (I live across the country from them so that's to be expected). Customer service was very kind and took care of the problem immediately, the same day. They were happy to help solve the problem and they did! Thanks EV!
