Very disappointed with the customer service provided. Ordered a blue tank. When it arrived it was very clear that there had been a manufacturing issue with the painting of the tank. There were areas where paint was missing and the shade of the tank varied widely from top to bottom (almost as if the equipment ran out of paint during processing). I advised Element Vape and simply wanted to exchange for a new one. I was advised that they don't cover "minor cosmetic issues". This was much more than that. When you purchase a new item you expect it to be in good condition. I was offered an $8 credit. Not enough for a terrible looking tank. In the end I had to pay to ship it back to get a refund. I will not purchase from them again.
