I purchased a GeekVape Tank (was supposed to be a ZEUS). Customer service was very responsive but would not help when I received a defective product. First, they sent me the wrong product and they said the product line changed (but did not update their listing). Then the tank was just spewing juice. They just sent me ways to fix it which I had already tried. So, if your product is broken they will not let you return it. Quite disappointing.
