This company is terrible compared to all the customer service driven commerce available these days.
They don’t even have a phone number which is a perfect indicator of how much they care about their customers.
Exported my shipment to another garbage company, sidestepped responsibility, shipment still lost in transit with zero answers.
Never again will I take my business here
