I purchase from this great company all the time. Zero issues with all my orders til this latest one. An incorrect item was sent and when I touched base with them they stayed with me on my issue until it was resolved, no lag between correspondence. I knew there still had to be good people out there and Element Vape are def one of the good ones. They care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure you are a happy.
