I had recieved a ileaf ijust 3 from element vape it was defective i let them know the very next day and when i went through the return process it went very fast i got a store credit in less than 10 days they stand on their gaurantees and their products are exyremely affordable and super fast delivery three to four days sometimes two days i will highly recommend this company they go above and beyond and no i dont work for them i am a long time customer
