I've been a customer of element for about a year now so I can say this review is honest on my experience so far. Their shipping is usually very fast, but a bit expensive. I'm sure this is due to the new regulations for vaping products though, but when you see the prices in comparison to a local shop you will be saving money if you buy most of your items needed in bulk etc... Their products always arrive in good condition, they have a great selection of items and juices. But the best part is their customer service. It is definitely A1, I would make my comparison to Amazon's customer service as they are just as good. This company clearly cares about their customer base and isn't a typical greedy company. Overall, if i'm not in a dire need due to my procrastination this where I purchase all of my vaping needs. I highly recommend this company to anyone, have already told all of my friends about this place. Thank you guys again for being an amazing and honest company!
