I have been a consistent customer of this company for years, because of their sales, always fresh inventory and fast shipping. My most recent experience really sealed them as a 5-star company, in my eyes. I had a damaged item when my package arrived. I contacted customer service with a picture of the damage and they had it resolved within the HOUR! Not tomorrow, not next week, they responded same day with a resolution!
