Element Vape has wonderful customer service, however, if you happen to get a faulty device (I had to reorder 2 times) they DO NOT refund Adult signing fees or postage. You would think after getting 2 faulty devices, they would pay those fees to make their customer whole on defective devices. I won't be ordering anything else from them, but their customer service, in regard to response time, is stellar. Am I a happy customer, nope!
