I have hardly ever had an issue with Element and whenever I do have an issue it is solved fairly quickly and often with next to no effort on my part. The Honey extension has saved me a LOT of money too. It's not every order but often enough that over the span of about 20 purchases from them I've saved close to $300. I'm not saying they're the best place to order vaping stuff, I buy from other vendors often, but they hold their own and know how to keep people coming back for more. :)
