I purchased a high end mod and it arrived faulty. I think it came from the manufacturer with a soldering issue or something with the DNA chip. I contacted Element Vape and they were extremely helpful with the situation. I did have to upload a video in order to prove the defect but everything else was smooth and I was able to ship it back at no cost to me and replace it. Great customer service.
