I have been ordering from element vape for years and they have always had a fantastic variety of equipment and juice. They always have the items I typically order in stock and great prices as well as speedy processing and delivery. About a week ago I had my very first issue and it had to do with a coil not fitting properly and their support staff was amazing at working with me including sending tutorial videos made specifically for the issue I was having but reviewing the video I had made of my issue. They went out of their way to make this correct sending me out replacement coils. This company all around has been a fantastic company and will continue to be my go to vape company and where I direct everyone I know and meet that vape to purchase from.
