Horrible and I mean absolutely horrible. They are scammers and they create a fake label. They charge you shipping and handling but trust and believe you will not receive your package as they lie about the tracking information. The carrier they use deleted delivery attempts off if there tracking after I left them a message stating I was home. I can't file a claim for a refund because the carrier still has package. It will sit there a month before you get fed up and ask for a refund. It's a scam. Plain and simple and if it isn't noone wants to ever wait over a month and continuously be lied to like us customers are trash when I'm fact you're in business because if us.
