I have only ordered from Element two times. First one went without an issue. Second time, which is now, didnt. UPS, USPS, and FedEx doesnt handle vape products anymore, the Element went with some third party delivery company, which my item has been at for over 20 days and has not left the facility. Element told me to wait a little longer, and the shipment company never got back to me about the package. I asked for a refund from Element because you do pay for package protection but they wont give me the time of day
