Paid for 5-14 days shipping. It has been 25 days since my order, no sign of product. Tracking services are not accurate, and unable to easily follow. Customer service continues to copy/paste same response, and bold subsequent responses. Customer service simply says that shipping cannot be controlled due to delays and will not offer a refund, despite paying for 5-14 day shipment. Not very polite or kind, will not give my business to again, and I recommend you find a kinder, personable local shop.
