they used to be a great company.... ordered around 1k per year from them. then they decided to start saving a dollar (a literal dollar) on shipping costs. i used to get my orders in 4-7 days. now they take 3-4 weeks and there is no ability to track the package online - no ability to see an estimated delivery date (because you have to be home to sign for it)... and when asked and confronted about their regional shipper - their response is simply: wait.
they have lost my business. saved them $1 on shipping vs usps, but cost them $1k per year in sales.
