Element Vape send me damaged items in the mail and refused to replace it saying the sale was not cover under their warranty and was non refundable. They offered me a $25 credit but I lost out on $80. Three of the vwasape pens were $17.99 and one $24.99. This Is a rip off. I do not recommend their product.
