Customer Service is awesome! I ordered a good number of products and ultimately the package was never delivered by the 3rd party delivery service. I submitted a ticket, Customer Service responded very quickly (submitted on the weekend, response on Monday morning) and were very understanding of the situation and refunded me for my purchase
