Horrible customer service, was having issues processing my payment and was just getting ignored by their scummy reps who were probably in some call center in Bangladesh. Realised they don’t care about their customers so went to Vapor DNA and had one of the best experiences purchasing online. They helped me through everything and even threw me a discount. Avoid Element Vapes at all costs. Truly awful business and employees.
