Prices are great, the only problem is their shipping company. I waited more than a week for the item to be shipped. Signature is required for delivery and by week 3, the delivery company never posted when the item was out for delivery. I've had 2 missed delivery attempts. No notes were left with any information on how to contact the delivery company, and there is no information from element vape support or the internet to contact the delivery company. I still haven't received my package and have no indication to when my delivery will be either returned for a refund or out for delivery so I can wait for it. Go to a different company or your local store if you require reliability because as a working man, I cannot wait all day for a package which has not expected delivery date or time.
