Just got a new vape from them with a defective pod because it will not seal where you put liquid in. Makes a huge mess. I contacted them and they sent a generic list of suggestions that did not work or apply. They said pod was not covered under warranty and completely failed in adressing the issue. It's worthless like it is...$89 for a headache. I will have to go somewhere and find a new pod for it. They will not get another dime from me. I think they sold me one that had been returned because there was no spare pod in it.
