I have been ordering from Element Vape since 2020 and have had good experiences, bad experiences. BUT I feel with every order the experience gets better. My last order I was notified that one of the products I ordered was discontinued. Customer service sent me an email and gave me 3 options. I picked the option I wanted, they sent me an email back confirming my selection and let me know they were shipping the rest of the order. I received the rest of the items 4 days later. Big selection! Best customer service! Shipping...well can be great but sometimes stuff happens!
