I ordered a product two months ago and it never arrived. I reached out to element customer service who told me there was nothing they could do as they use a third party delivery service and once the product is in their hands it is out of Elements hands. They cannot issue a refund because i DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT. I am out 87.00 bucks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! I never will again. Lesson Learned.
