I ordered 3 items, the biggest, most expensive glass product arrived broken. Element Vape only used one piece of bubble wrap and had 6 inches of open space for the items to travel inside the package. The glass stood no chance. A second item was packaged incorrectly. Not once did Element Vape offer apologies or show an interest in owning up to a mistake. Element Vape referred me to the third-party shipping insurance that I purchased, forgetting that while one item was indeed broken, a second was incorrectly packed into my box. Element Vape refuses to send a return label so I can exchange it for the correct item I purchased. There is no way I'm paying Element Vape twice for a product only to receive it once.
