If I could give them minus 1 stars I would. In Element vapes defense they did ship the items. but what good is shipping something when you use a half-ass shipping company? BTS is the shipping co. and to be clear Element Vape and BTS shipping customer service are 100% useless to the point where I just say if they need the money that bad they can have it. I will NEVER EVER deal with either company again
