I received a defective vape that did not work at all. I contacted Element Vape immediately and they insisted that I send a video. Of what? Did they want a video of me holding a vape? I cannot video and the request no sense anyway. Next they said I could not return the item--fine, just send a replacement. Despite the fact that I have been a very good customer, they refused. This is abysmal customer service.
