The element vape return policy for defective items is unfair. I recently purchased an iJoy vape, which came extremely fast, but arrived DOA.
I reached out to request an exchange and was told they will not exchange the item for me, only refund or store credit.
It is unfair to force a customer to have to pay twice for shipping on an item that was defective.
It should be on the business to make it right with the customer when they sell defective items.
After a bit of arguing I was told they will give me a one time credit for $8 plus the refund for the defective item totalling $22 and that is all. That would still leave me at a loss since I paid $28. I should not have taken a loss on something that was THEIR FAULT.
After I use my credit I will never purchase from them again and will continue to post negative reviews every chance I get.
