I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Element Vape. I ordered [product(s)] from their website, but what I received was a package containing damaged items. Despite my clear communication about the issue, the customer service team responded saying the items were non-returnable.
As a customer, it's frustrating to receive damaged products and not have a satisfactory resolution. I expect better quality control and customer service from a reputable brand like Element Vape.
