Good company, good prices and products, and decent customer service. However, the shipping companies they use now are unreliable and unresponsive. I haven't had one delivery from GLS make it to my house without several chats or support tickets. I'm not going to keep begging for my packages to be delivered. You're losing so many customers over SHIPPING. It's mind boggling.
