Saw the bad reviews but decided to give them a shot since it was a cheap purchase. Bought two pens, shipping was so slow I actually forgot I ordered them, and one didn't work upon arrival. After about a dozen emails over the course of 12 days including sending videos and responding to automated messages clearly showing no one was actually taking in what I was saying, the resolution was a trip to the post office to send it back for a refund (about $5). No option to just send me one that actually works like I paid for... They obviously have some quality control issues and customer service was slow and lacking. I understand things happen but as a company, you should just eat the $5 to retain a customer. Decent prices but I'll just go elsewhere next time, not worth the trouble
