I will never use element vape again, I placed an order. 10 days later a subpar shipper tried to deliver but to my surprise signature was needed and I thought the 7 dollar fee was to avoid that(guess I should have read the fine print but others do not require this) then they say they can't cancel my order and shippers can't guarantee to redeliver or let me pick it up.
