I have used element vape for years and have always been happy with my purchases. My most recent order being almost 600.00 and not the best of experiences. First, I bought 4 boxes of coils. The first box, every single one shorted within a week. They issued a store credit. After a month, the battery charger I ordered stopped working. Sent in proof of it being defective and was still expected to return the product. I have no way to print the return label nor the time to go out to return it. Following this the remaining 3 boxes of coils also shorted over a span of a couple weeks. These should’ve lasted a few months. I asked for a refund of the defective products and was told the coils are non returnable. Why would I return a defective product that was thrown in the garbage?! At minimum, they should be reaching out to the manufacturer regarding this. This is a safety and quality issue that needs resolved. After years of wonderful service, it seems the bottom line is the money. Customer service is nonexistent.
