I’ve order from Element Vape for a while. Normally, I place an order and within days I receive it. Granted I live in Washington and it ships from CA. Sunday I place close to the same order that I have in the past, and it’s still “processing.” Even though my order was over $90, they charged me $8 for shipping, even though it should have been free. They sure were quick to take my money! I’ve put in two tickets and emailed customer service and no response. I’ll be buying local from now on. Disappointing.
