Trash..I ordered almost $100 worth os stuff, and expedited shipping. Due to the restrictions on shipping vape related items they had to use a 3rd party vendor. Fine ok. It was supposed to be delivered on 9/3. The GLS (delivery ppl) claim no access due to gate. I have no gate. Then that I was not home. I have a doorbell cam. No one stopped by. This goes on for a couple of days. Then on 9/11 they said they are not sure where the package is. I had already emailed element vape by 9/5 as the reviews for GLS said this would happpen. So on 9/11 after GLS tells me they do not know where it is..I email element again. Explaining all of this. They sent me the same generic bs email. They don’t gaf..just a pos company.
