I live in Canada. I ordered pods. The shipping fee was more than the pods. The order went through without problem and my credit card was charged. The order did not pass custom and was returned to element vape. I was reimbursed for the pods but not for the shipping. I was told that that is not Element Vape problem. However, at no time was I told that this was a possibility. If your product cannot be shipped internationally, don't accept the order. This is a scam!!!
