I have placed 2 rather large sized orders with Element Vape and my orders arrive perfect and very quickly. In my 2nd order, I received a defective vaporizer (a manufacturing issue, not an Element Vape issue). Element Vape handled this flawlessly, sending a return label, and issuing a credit to my card.
