I had ordered a second Innokin Adept because I liked the first one so much. Unfortunately, it was a defective unit. This is no fault of Element Vape at all it was the product. I informed EV about the situation and I followed their easy steps to either get a refund or store credit. They have great prices, fast shipping, great range of products, and are very easy to deal with if you have a problem! And, this is why I continually purchase from EV.
