Bought a SMOK G Priv 3, the screen stopped working in 2 weeks of the 30 day warranty at Element Vape’s online warranty. I started a claim right away, did what they said and sent a video to them showing what was wrong. I sent the email 5 times in 2 weeks with no response, then when my 30 day warranty was up they finally responded and told me it was too late and to go to the manufacturer. They literally waited to respond until my warranty was out so they didn’t have to deal with it. They lost a customer!
