So I tried to order a new vape starter kit because my entire set up broke. Placed my order and the next day they emailed me saying they refunded my order because there were "inaccuracies" proving I'm underaged when I'm 21. Sent in a copy of my photo ID and still declined me. I went ahead and ordered from Rock Bottom Vapes and they sent it out next day! No issues at all.
