Recently ordered the Smok Baby tank. Before I ordered this, I had inquired which tank to use with my battery and which coils. They told me which ones to get. Well, my battery died, and I couldn’t find it on the web site, so I sent an email asking which I should buy for my recently purchased tank.
Their reply? Some nonsense about “we’re an online retailer and we suggest you watch a video or read customer testimonials.” THIS was the reply from a company selling the gear. OUTRAGEOUS. I’ve never seen such a pitiful, lazy, stupid response in my life from a company.
Absolutely will not be doing business with them again. I’ve been a long time customer, typically at least $100 spent on each order. But with this kind of customer service I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
