I use to order from element vape but recently was sent a similar but wrong product. It was a simple 34 dollar fix but since I opened the package, I could not return it. Customer service made no attempt to correct the issue. The issue happened during processing on the site and the description of the item not matching the actual item. Be very careful when ordering because if it is wrong, do not expect customer service to make things right. It was costly on my part.
