After a few glitches I received my order and I’m very satisfied with the products. Bc of the glitches I got to see how EV customer service reacts first hand. They responded within hours of my panic emails, which I appreciated! It appears to me that EV has very strict polices and procedures, some over the top! Because of customer service I will order again.
