I’ve ordered several Mods and juice from Element Vape. I am ready to buy 2 more kits. On my last order I ordered the wrong size batteries. I contacted them about a month ago I’m an attempt to swap them for smaller ones when I ordered 2 more kits. A week went by, no response. To this very moment I’ve yet to hear anything from them. They are Very helpful and have great customer service UNLESS you have something to swap or return, then you seem to be on your own. Well that doesn’t really work for me. I believe customer service is a big selling point of any business and this one doesn’t seem to care much after they get your money. I guess return business isn’t a big goal. I guess I will absorb the cost of these 4 batteries and take my business elsewhere. Very disappointing...
