Im a first time customer. When I placed my order I didnt recieve a confirmation email. So I reached out to them and gave them the information that they needed. They responded within a day and showed me the email that I used. I mixed up 2 letters so that was my fault. They also gave me the tracking information and the invoice. I will be using this site for my future purchases.
