Ordered Vape juice from Element. Item got lost through USPS system. I emailed Element and they told me to contact USPS. I did and was told it was on the way. 2 weeks past the due delivery date, still no items. I contacted Element again and their response was TO CONTACT USPS. I then told them I wanted either a refund or replacement and they responded by saying they would get in touch with USPS. 2 WEEKS late and they NOW say they are going to contact USPS?
I told them that I put in a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund and Element responded: "As you have confirmed a dispute has been filed with your card issuer, no further action is required. Have a great day."
Rather than give me a refund, they would rather have the customer go through their credit card company and file a report.
