I’ve had nothing but great experiences with element vape. I’ve placed many orders with this company and there was only ONE time where I had a missing battery (stuff happens sometimes) and they sent it out right away. A feel like a more accurate measure of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong. It’s easy when everything goes right any company looks good in that situation. Element though got my battery to me very quickly and always responded to my inquiries.
