They do not actually listen to your complaints, I tell them I threw away the defective goods and want them to change a misleading picture on the website. They send me an email on how to return defective goods. I have been a customer here for many years, for them to not even READ a COMPLAINT from LOYAL CUSTOMER. They can seriously do without this customers business. Thanks.
