I ordered an expensive to me RTA, and parts got left out of shipping. Meh, that sucks! But I contacted customer service and they are shipping them out right away and they were very nice and helpful about it. I have had many 5 star experiences and not left a review, but it's honestly to me almost more about the company that saves you from leaving a one star review, and makes it a 4 star experience. Everyone makes mistakes, it happens, but what you do when you do make a mistake really counts for allot in my book.
