I submitted a claim stating that a product did not arrive in my shipment. The customer service representative promptly responded and provided a solution that I could not support. They responded with a second solution that allowed me to fill out paperwork to claim the missing product. They then took care of the issue by providing me with a store credit for the item, as I had requested. I am very very pleased with the speed and quality of their solution.
